We have a 2 to 5 business day processing time but we try to ship products as soon as possible! 

How long does shipping take? 

Your shipping time depends on which shipping method you choose. Unfortunately due to covid, shipping companies don't guarantee shipping processing times. We are very strategic on what days we ship out your products, as we try to avoid shipping on the weekend.

My order says delivered but I don't have it. What should I do? 

Unfortunately after we ship off products it is out of our hands. All orders come with $100 insurance and you must create a claim with the shipping company. 

What is the cancelation policy? 

You can cancel so long as your order has not finished processing within reason, It is up to our discretion.

Proper refrigeration is imperative to maintain the life of your gel. A fridge should be about 37 degrees. Keep in mind that older fridges and over filled fridges are harder to keep at a set temp!

In order to preserve sea moss gel it is kept in a freezer. When it thaws sometimes it becomes a thinner consistency! Don't worry! It is just as nutrient-dense!

Yes. We are a wholesale company providing wholesale and retail quantities. Wholesale quantities can be purchased up to 200 lbs.
